Living with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) can affect more than sleep. While loud snoring and pauses in breathing are often what others notice, OSA can quietly affect energy levels, mood, heart health, and daily functioning. Many of these effects happen below the surface and aren’t always obvious to family, friends, or even healthcare providers.
